Terms of Use
By using GrandTheftTürkiye (the “site”), you accept these terms. The site is operated by MYSAKIN LIMITED (United Kingdom). Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy & Data Protection Notice.
1. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Additional accounts used to manipulate votes, likes or reward rankings are prohibited.
- Usernames must not impersonate others, mislead or contain abuse.
- You can delete your account in Settings → Account.
2. Content rules
The following content is prohibited and may be removed without warning:
- Abuse, harassment, hate speech, threats and disclosure of private personal information.
- Cheats, bots, account theft tools, cracked or unauthorised copies of paid scripts, MLOs or mods, and infected files.
- Fraud involving accounts, in-game currency or items; commercial listings outside the Scripts & Mods Marketplace; unauthorised advertising.
- Content infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights, and any unlawful content.
- Spam, repeated posts and vote trading.
3. Content you share
You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. You retain ownership and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, search and share it on the site. After account deletion, posts remain under “Deleted member” to preserve conversations.
4. Marketplace listings
Transactions in the Scripts & Mods Marketplace are between the buyer and seller. The site is not a party, does not process those payments and gives no transaction guarantee. Sellers must own or be authorised to sell their products under the applicable licence. Use Report to report suspected fraud.
5. Moderation
Staff may remove content, lock threads, suspend accounts or issue bans for rule violations. You can appeal through Support. Content may also be removed following a valid legal request, including court orders and notices under applicable Turkish Law No. 5651.
6. Advertising and rewards
Paid ads are subject to the Advertising & Refund Terms; community rewards are subject to the Community Reward Terms.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. You apply community advice at your own risk, including risks of data loss, hardware failure or account restrictions. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Trademarks
GrandTheftTürkiye is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two, Valve, Riot Games, Mojang, Cfx.re or any other game company. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Changes, applicable rights and contact
These terms may be updated, with material changes announced on the site. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected. Contact: [email protected].
